New research from the University of Georgia has found that exposure to chemicals found in everyday products could affect the amount of fat stored in the body.
Phthalates are chemicals found in most plastic product that allow your plastic to stretch, these chemicals could be harming your health by increase your body fat, reproductive stress and disease development.
So with obesity being a big issue in human right now, it may not be as simple as calories in, calories out or even food quality as environmental exposure may also contribute to obesity.
So will you take more care about what environment exposure you and your family get daily?
